My birthday was wonderful. Thank you, Russell. It really was the best one I've had yet. Even if I am a little confused about one thing...
Ichimaru, about these copy cats of yours... one seems to have wormed his way into my bag.

I think he just chewed his way through five meters of parchment. And the bag itself is unfortunately damp. You really need to give Chewy some training. This one seems intent on staying in my bag. He gets a bit nippy whenever I try to get him to come out.
I'll deal with this one for the time being, but you owe me for this, Ichimaru. Oberon and I are going to whip this little one in shape. I still think it's kind of cute... in a toothy sort of a way...

I really do enjoy winter. Going for a sleigh ride on Christmas Eve was especially lovely. I had a wonderful Christmas this year.

I had a very good weekend. It was nice to spend time in Hogsmeade with Russell without getting interrupted.
It seems as if a quite a bit happened during this time. I wonder if anyone would be able to fill me in.

I realize that you're now involved with Sengoku. So, I'm going to say this now. Whatever happens, leave Russell out of it. He doesn't ever ask for Sengoku's attentions, though they are inevitably thrust upon him. If your involvement in some way ceases this, then I shall be grateful to you. It seems as if quite a few people are unhappy of late. I do not know if there is anything I could do to make things better, but perhaps an evening of fun would make things better. Lacus, Chizuru, are you free this weekend? And perhaps a few other females to make a party of it? I do have a few lingerie catalogues that I can contribute to your cause, as well, Chizuru, though I don't totally approve of such things in general. It is still wrong for someone to destroy your property like that.
Russell, thank you for the lovely surprise you game me yesterday. It really did improve my mood a great deal. I am sorry about almost crushing it initially, but you understand...
